Whistleblowing privacy information

 

Global Service Srl makes available various channels through which it is possible to report, in a confidential and reserved manner, a violation, or alleged violation, of the principles and rules contained in the Code of Ethics, the company's policies and procedures and, in general, violations (or alleged violations) of laws and/or regulations.

 

Global Service Srl undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality of the subjects and facts reported, as well as the identity of the reporter. After verifying the reliability of the report, all reports, including anonymous ones, will be managed by the Persons in Charge of the Management of Reports, in accordance with the "Procedure for the management of whistleblowing - Global Service Srl".

 

Personal data and information provided as part of the reporting procedure will be processed in order to manage and follow up on the report, as well as to investigate any reported conduct and take the necessary measures, in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations. The purposes and methods of data processing by Global Service Srl are regulated in the privacy policy.

The report should be sent by registered mail with return receipt to the attention of the whistleblowing officer at the address:

In this case, the whistleblower shall insert the report in two sealed envelopes: the first envelope with his identification data together with a photocopy of his identification document; the second envelope with the contents of the report, so as to separate his identification data from the report. Both should then be placed in a third sealed envelope marked "Reserved for the Whistleblowing Officer" on the outside.
