The Supervisory Body, appointed to supervise compliance with the Organization, Management and Control Model adopted by GLOBAL SERVICE in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments. The Body in question is composed of 1 external member equipped with autonomous powers of initiative and control.

Administration, management and control model

Particular mention should be given to the aforementioned Organization, Management and Control Model. It defines the controls (general and specific) aimed at preventing the offenses provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments. also introducing a Disciplinary System aimed at sanctioning any violations of the provisions imparted by the Model itself.
